Dr. Ashlee Rincon is a clinical psychologist who graduated from the University of South Florida with a master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. She earned an additional master’s degree and doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Fielding Graduate University, an APA accredited clinical psychology program. She completed her internship at the Southwest Louisiana Pre-Doctoral Internship Consortium and a one year postdoctoral position at Cirque Lodge.

Throughout the course of her career, Dr. Rincon has served in various and diverse programs, working in private practice, residential facilities, hospitals, and schools. Dr. Rincon’s experience has given her the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of clientele. Through her work with high-risk, specialized populations, she appreciates the multidimensional aspects of people’s lives and works to find solutions to best meet their individual needs. She values each client as a unique and individual person, and is eager to share her knowledge and support with clients as they begin to identify their strengths and understand their deficits while assisting them on their journey toward a more fulfilling life.

Dr. Rincon’s work is based on the belief that her role is to be an active partner in providing clients with a non-judgmental environment focusing on the client’s strengths, and working together to identify solutions to the presenting problems. She prepares clients to move in a new direction using an integrated and multidimensional approach comprised of assessment, cognitive-behavioral and solution focused therapy while respecting and maintaining the dignity of the client.
